[ ] Site or entity code is agreed.
[ ] Period matches the document contents.
[ ] Record type uses a consistent vocabulary.
[ ] Source reference is preserved in the name or index.
[ ] Revision identifies the retained copy.
[ ] Original source is preserved where required.
[ ] Review decision points to the record and version.
[ ] Intended recipients can access it.
[ ] No sensitive personal identifiers appear in the filename.

The filename does not establish authenticity or approval.
