For advisers
If you prepare disclosures for other people’s entities.
Boutique ESG consultancies and accounting firms ask different questions from a group controller. Four of them decide whether this is usable in a practice: how multi-client access works, what the deliverable looks like, who owns the record when an engagement ends, and what the commercial arrangement is. Here are the answers, including the one you will not like.
The answer you will not like
There is no practice console. One login, one client.
An account belongs to exactly one organisation. If you hold five clients, that is five accounts, five sign-ins and five subscriptions, and there is no screen anywhere that shows them side by side. Attempting to join a second organisation with an existing account is refused by the API.
The workable pattern today is the reverse of the one you probably want: the client holds the subscription, and invites you into their organisation as preparer or reviewer. You work inside their cycle. When the engagement ends they change your role or remove you, and everything you did stays in their activity log under your name.
That is a real constraint, not a roadmap tease. If you need a multi-client dashboard to run a practice, this does not have one, and we are not going to imply otherwise so you find out in month two.
The deliverable
What you hand over at the end.
One export: the disclosures, the complete activity log as CSV and PDF, every evidence file with its SHA-256 hash, and an index mapping each disclosure to the evidence behind it. It is the same output for every client, which is the point — a standard deliverable beats a bespoke workbook that only you can maintain.
What it is not is an assurance outcome. The pack is an input to someone else’s engagement. If you are also the assurance provider, that is a separate matter of independence for you to resolve, not a feature of the software.
Ownership
Who owns what, stated plainly.
The client owns the data. The organisation, its cycles, its figures and its evidence belong to whoever holds the subscription. If that is the client, your access ends when they end it.
The activity log is not yours to edit or remove, and neither is it ours. It is append-only at database level, so your work on a client’s cycle is permanently attributed to you. For most advisers that is a feature. It is worth knowing before you start rather than after.
On cancellation the subscriber can export everything. We do not hold data hostage, and there is no exit fee.
Commercials
No partner programme yet, and no pretending there is.
There is no referral fee, no reseller margin, no partner tier and no co-branding. We are at design-partner stage with no customers, and inventing a channel programme before there is a product to channel would waste your time and ours.
What is available: published pricing you can quote from without asking us, a product your client buys directly, and a direct line to the person who builds it. If you want an arrangement that does not exist yet, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we would build.
