How does billing work?
Paddle is the merchant of record. Plans are billed monthly or annually in USD, and you can cancel from the customer portal at any time.
What is the cancellation right?
Paid plans carry a 14-day cancellation right through Paddle. Cancel within that window and you are not charged for the term.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export a full archive at any time: every cycle, disclosure, data point, evidence file and the complete activity log, in CSV, JSON and PDF.
Do you offer an auditor seat?
Yes. A read-only auditor seat is included on paid plans. Your assurance provider can inspect disclosures, data points, evidence and the activity log without being able to change anything.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. The readiness diagnostic is free and needs no card, so you can assess the approach before subscribing.
